Our principal, Jeff Kofsky, has decades of experience in representing Charterers’ interests. He ran the global chartering department for a Fortune Top 50 company with >3,000,000 MT per annum in cargo movements and has handled bulk shipments for Chinese, European, African, and North American mining companies and industrial clients.

The Manager of our Shanghai office, Kris Zhou, has been involved in bulk shipments out of China for 10 years and has extensive experience not only in Chartering, but also in navigating Chinese port and customs regulations and in supervision of ship loading and discharge.

 Through partners in Africa, Europe, and the U.S., we provide port supervisory services as required throughout the world.
